Thanks Kehli ,will start soon do beautiful things together..

How long have you been in Fashion Industry?

Art n' Fashion:what these words mean for you?

Present me and share more about Borealis Magazine.

Which part of yourself do you express through modeling, styling and
visual art generally?

What's next for you? Tell me about your future plans.

My name is Kehli G.  I'm the editor in chief of Borealis Mag!  I'm also a Fashion Stylist, creative & art director, photo retoucher and graphic designer in Toronto.

I've traveled abroad, across the Canada & the US working with many talented photographers, models, makeup artists, hairstylists, designers, and industry teams.

I come from a modeling and dance background so I've been in the industry for a very long time.  As a child, I loved watching fashion television on TV and dreamed about being involved fashion or even walking the runway.

I loved creating outfits and playing dress up and loved the compliments I received when I was wearing a great outfit.  I took ballet and modern dance up until my late teens and loved being on stage.

When I moved to Toronto, I started getting scouted by agents however I have a more unconventional look due to my tattoos so I found that getting signed for commercial work was more challenging.

That didn't stop me though, I made a promise to myself that I would still try to fulfill my dream of walking the runway and creating art that pushes boundaries,

standards, and norms and found success as an Internationally published Editorial & runway model. I've graced runways in Toronto and NYC and many Editorial magazines across the globe.

Through modeling, I gained experience creatively directing & styling my own shoots as well as retouching and creating stories for Publication.

About 8 years ago I realized I could make a business out of offering my talent for retouching and styling etc and I started my own company (Abstraxion Retouch & Design).

From this I met photographer Stephen Loban, and we decided to start our own Editorial magazine (Borealis Magazine)

so that we'd have a platform to showcase our own creatives but also feature other talent from local and International teams.

What's next?  Well, I just want to keep creating and pushing the envelop in the fashion industry by creating content that inspires people.

I am winding down in terms of modeling so who knows, perhaps photography will be my next venture, the world is my oyster!
